We had an amazing stay at this beautifully decorated property. The staff were so accommodating and our room was neat and comfortable. Adding breakfast was worth it, as the food was delicious. The property's beach club and private infinity pool overlooking the sea were stunning. The location was perfect, with shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Would definitely recommend this hotel.

The location was fabulous, right in the heart of Seminyak with easy access to the beach, coffee shops, and shopping. The deluxe studio had great facilities and the staff were friendly.

Pillows were uncomfortable and the pool bar menu could use some healthier options.

I absolutely loved the main part of the resort at Alila. Lounging by the pool all day was pure bliss, and the sunset drinks added to the perfect ambiance. The location was great, and the facilities were top-notch. The staff were also very friendly and accommodating.

I wish I had realized beforehand that our room was located away from the main part of the resort. We had a lot of noise throughout the night, including music, beeping cars, scooters, and people talking.

the location couldn't be better, with a stunning view of the beach right from the pool and bar area. the staff provided excellent service, making our stay even better. the room was lovely, with comfortable beds and a great bathroom. the breakfast spread was delicious and we had access to well-equipped gym during our stay. We also enjoyed delicious drinks and nibbles at the bar. the shuttle between buildings was easy to use and a good option to get around.

I did experience some noise from a nearby nightclub on my first night.

The rooms were disappointing. They had an unpleasant odor, and the layout was awkward and inconvenient.

The hotel had a prime location, just a few steps away from the beach and surrounded by plenty of shops and restaurants to explore. The private infinity pool that overlooked the sea was definitely one of the best aspects of my stay, offering breathtaking views and a relaxing atmosphere. the staff were friendly and attentive, always making sure that my needs were met and offering helpful recommendations for activities to enjoy in the area.

The noise level around the hotel was quite high, especially from the busy street just outside. At times, it was difficult to get a good night's sleep due to the constant traffic noise and activity.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was absolutely fantastic, being close to popular Seminyak attractions and right on the beach. I loved being able to easily access places like Mrs Sippy and mingle with the patrons in the pub. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and made me feel welcome throughout my stay. The service was top-notch, with room service, laundry, and valet parking all available. I also appreciated the tours/ticket assistance provided by the hotel. The room itself was well-equipped with amenities like air conditioning and tea/coffee facilities. The flat-screen TV was a nice touch, and the in-room safe provided a sense of security. The restaurant and bar/lounge area were beautifully designed and offered a great dining experience. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. I also enjoyed the leisure facilities such as the Wi-Fi and valet parking. The 24-hour reception and express check-in/out were convenient features that added to the overall quality of my stay.
